Data Retention

Impactful is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

International Users

Impactful is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and stored in the US. By using Impactful, you consent to this transfer.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Impactful after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
