Impactful is a mobile application and web service that helps users track their career impact through structured weekly reflections. The service includes:

  • Personal reflection entries with Done, Learned, and Tomorrow sections
  • Tag organization and mood tracking
  • Smart notification reminders
  • Cloud synchronization across devices
  • Data export capabilities

3. Account Requirements

To use Impactful, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Impactful is a productivity and reflection tool, not a mental health or medical service. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

7. Intellectual Property

Impactful and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Impactful and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of Impactful is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

9. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Automatic renewal unless canceled
  • Platform-specific billing policies (Apple App Store, Google Play)

Refunds are handled according to the policies of your app store platform.

10. Third-Party Services

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Impactful harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the service will cease immediately
  • You may export your data within 30 days
  • Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy

You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
